Elkenmist Farm & Garden
Since 2021, we've been building a regenerative farm on a few acres by growing vegetables, raising pasture-fed sheep, rabbits, and chickens, and restoring the soil through rotational grazing and composting.
Our rural area has a rich history of farming, and we hope to revitalize that tradition as a model for sustainable, soil-building practice. We do this work in community and in relationship with food and land.
Gatherings & Community Events
We host workshops, farm days, and seasonal celebrations throughout the year. Our campground, kitchen, and BnB rooms can be rented for your group retreat.
We also offer onsite catering highlighting seasonal foods from our valley, plus other services to make your event easy and memorable.
Come Stay a While
Whether you're looking for a weekend escape or a deeper immersion, Elkenmist welcomes individual guests and groups into its rhythms. Our residency program offers 1–3 month stays for those seeking hands-on regenerative living alongside community.
Day visitors, overnight guests, and long-term residents are all part of the fabric of this place. Come as you are.
